Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Trivia Devs at triviadevs.devand related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it you represent that you meet these requirements.

Your account

You sign in through Google or GitHub. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your linked provider account secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, misleading, hateful, harassing, or infringing content.
• Submit spam, malware, or resources you do not have the right to share.
• Manipulate rankings, reputation, votes, badges, or counters — including through fake accounts, self-dealing, or automated abuse.
• Scrape, overload, probe, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Trivia Devs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service. You are responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the rights to share it.

Moderation & termination

We may review, hide, remove, or restrict content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe harm the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings.

Third-party resources

The Service links to third-party websites, tools, and resources that we do not control or endorse. Community ratings and reviews are opinions of individual users. You access third-party resources at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its name, branding, and software, is owned by Trivia Devs and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or accuracy of content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trivia Devs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
